São João das Lampas Church

Consecrated to Saint John Baptist, this church is a great temple of gothic origin.
Inside the church the entire covering of the nave is detached by the 17^th century tiles as well as the existence of two ceramic registers figured. The wooden ceiling remains covered with 17^th century paintings.
The main chapel is covered by tiles put diagonally and the main altar has a particular cross centred and made in white tiles where pieces of black tiles where added, pretending to be gillyflowers.
