Travesseiros de Sintra

 

Ingredients:

·         400g puff pastry

·         Almond sweet eggs paste

·         40g almond crumb

·         Sugar to sprinkle

You roll out the pastry and cut it into squares. After, you fill it with the sweet eggs paste. You roll it and flatten it down a bit.
You take it to the oven in floured trays.
When they’re ready, you involve it in sugar.
